How do I make a component instance contents visible outside its containing frame for adding prototyping connectors?

I am trying to animate someone else’s mockup of a smartphone page which has a tab menu at the top that scrolls left and right and I want to connect the menu items in it to other frames but they are outside their containing frame so not visible for connection. I know there is a way to make it so all those items are visible but have never found out how.

Hi @Victoria_Bellotti. Select your screen frame and uncheck “Clip content” on the right sidebar.
