How do I get a refund? Support not coming back to me

I purchase the professional plan and very quickly (within 5 minutes) realised that it was not what I was expecting. I have reached out to support straightaway to ask for a refund but have not had a response for 3 days.

Anyone know how I get a refund on the yearly plan?
