HELP - I cant login 'too many attempts' error

I am trying to log in to my account but it says “You’ve made too many recent attempts. Please try again later.”

Its been more than hour and i waited for it to cool down, but I still get the same error message. How do I solve this? Should I wait longer than 60 minutes?

You need to stop trying to log in for an hour. There is a 60-minute cooldown period in which there should be no login attempts, otherwise the timer gets reset. So if you are trying to log in every 59 minutes, you will never log in.
