It’s not letting me upload videos to Figma. Previously I hadn’t had any problems, but since this update I get a message: “Error uploading video. Please try again.” and then another message appears: “An invalid video was removed.” The video I am trying to upload is in MP4 and is less than 2MB.

Yes, this should work if your video is in MP4 and less than 2MB.
As a first workaround, please verify that the antivirus software and security programs on your device are up to date and will permit you to upload videos and files to Figma.
In addition, if it happens on browser and/or desktop app, as a workaround, clear out the cache can help.

Please also try disconnecting from any VPN or proxy and check if this loads.
