HELP! Former employee locked out projects

We are on the Figma Organisation plan. A former employee left the company and locked out a few critical projects and now we cannot edit them.

How can I, as the corporate Figma account owner (I purchased Figma plan with my budget and I am paying for the plan with my corporate credit card) and the head of the department transfer the ownership of projects from the former employee?

Can your IT team reinstitute the former employee’s email account temporarily so you can reassign file ownership? So you would use their account to log into Figma.
