Frozen Loading Screen - how do I fix this?

When opening up Figma desktop app, none of my files will load. The blue loading bar finishes but nothing happens. I did a force quit and also tried to uninstall and reinstall but no luck. Any thoughts on what I can do?

Figma Desktop App version 96.4
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
