Font size in figma appears bigger then in photoshop?

Hello everyone,
I wish you all a Happy Monday.
I am having an issue, the text that is set up in Photoshop.
For example on 140pt, when I apply the same settings in Figma,
It appears doubled, much bigger then it seems in photoshop.
Can you say to me what is the difference, what is the scale?
For example 1:1, 1:2, 1:3…etc

There is no pt in Figma, only the px.

Change the size to pixels in Photoshop and copy the right numbers to Figma.
