I’d love to have an option in the menu’s frame for finding it quickly. It would better with larger files.

The canvas would move to the frame
Does anyone share the same pain?
Do you want to simply move the canvas to selected frame? You can do that by pressing Shift + 2 or double clicking the layer icon in the layers panel on the left.
