In the ‘Apply overrides to instances’ page from the docs, there is this part:
"Figma uses the following criteria to determine whether to preserve an override:
- Layer names and hierarchy need to match between the current instance and the variant or instance you’re selecting. This applies both when swapping instances and selecting variants"
I created an example to check the above. I have two components that contain different types of layers with different names, and the overrides I apply to the first are kept on the second even though they shouldn’t, according to the text.
Am I missing something?
