If your environment meets the requirements, could you try the following troubleshooting steps?
- Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
- Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
- Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
If the issue persists, could you share the video recording?

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, your link doesn’t work - “unable to access the site”. And I always get this response when I try to contact support.
I don’t know why, but it started working well today. If it happens again, I’ll open Figma in a new window.
