Figma desktop app crashed and not working 2 days. I already reinstalled app, but the problem was not solved. I don’t use a VPN. Anyone have any thoughts how can I fix it?
Hi @Ann_Kaiser are you seeing these errors mostly in the desktop app? Can you check and confirm if you see the same problem in any other browsers you have on your computer? Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
I would also suggest seeing if this also happens on another network, like a mobile hotspot.
If it’s just happening on one network, you may need to adjust your proxy or firewall settings as shown in Technical troubleshooting tips or speak to your IT Admins or ISP.
