We have a team member that is having problems connecting to our daily Figjams. It would be great if Figma offered a recording function so we could share those Figjam recordings with all members of the team. A recording function would also give us the ability to go back and reference those recordings on future projects, or for clarity on existing projects too.

I don’t think it would be a bad idea to have a native recording feature available, but there may be some plugins that would serve your use case in the meantime – off the top of my head, the Vimeo one might work.
If not, I’d recommend searching the community here to see if you can find something that fits your needs better.
