We provide interaction design and prototyping on enterprise level products. Having the entire project in one file would create a lot of issues with loading so we section our products off into individual Figma documents within the project folder. The problem is that we lose seamless linking to those areas in the product. If we use “Navigate to External Link” it opens a new preview window rather than the parent preview window - breaking the experience.
Along with our research team using these prototypes in user testing, most of our Sales teams like using our prototypes to demo to potential/existing clients to show new features and experiences we are working on. We were successful with this using Invision since it was just static images with hotspots.
Is there a ready solution for in Figma, or a future release that may help with this?
