A viewer-restricted need to request an upgrade if they want to share files in their drafts. I have been disturbed by this matter recently. In most cases, these viewers don’t need to edit files frequently in org. Such as a PM who wants to draw something temporarily or a developer wants to compare their implementation and design.
They’ll become editors if I approved their requests, then I have to remove them one by one before billing day, which is a huge work at a large org. So I suggest Figma can allow viewer-restricted share their files in drafts, but you can limit the number of files they can create inside and not allow library using for your commercial consideration.
This is really helpful for admin in large org.
