Failed payment: redirect to payment info

Every time I attempt to upgrade to a professional plan after I input my billing details and hit “review and confirm payment,” it just sends me back to the billing info page again no matter how many times I try
any help, please?

This can’t be addressed on the forum, as the solution would be dependent on information that would be tied to your individual billing.

Please file a ticket here (if you haven’t already), and someone on support will help figure out what’s going on:
