Expand: text styles container

PROBLEM: i work on a big screen. yet the text styles container-box is limited in height, thus forcing me to scroll rather than expanding till the bottom of the screen/window.

SOLUTION: Expand that box or let users adjust height as needed. very fiddly otherwise.
