Elements moving when resizing a frame

Hi there,

I am trying to increase the size of a frame I have, but when I change the size, there are some elements that are moving out of place and some that are staying where they are.

Why is this? Am I doing something stupid here?

make sure the ‘constraints and resizing’ are set to top/left (in most cases)
