Please can you advise under separate cover when our Educational License will expire and what the steps are to renew?

Hi there, welcome to the community!
About Figma’s Education plan: it expires two years after you activate it. You’ll get some reminders (in Figma and email notification) before the expiration date to remind you.
When it does expire:
- If you graduated: you’d need to upgrade your team(s) to the Professional plan, or create a new Professional team.

If you’re still in education: Verify your status to keep collaborating with your team(s).

To save your work: Duplicate or move files to your drafts to save them for later, and consider transferring ownership of your team(s).
As reminder, the teams you own will become view-only for all members, and you’ll lose edit access to other education teams once your plan expires.
