I downloaded the application in Figma and I am already registered on the site, after I log in to the application it tells me that I am not registered, I logged out of my account and logged back in and it did not help

Check Your Login Credentials and ensure you’re using the same email for both the website and the Figma app.

Have you recently registered the account? If so have you verified your account? Check your email inbox for any verification messages from Figma. If you haven’t verified your account, it might cause login issues.

Are you able to login in the browser? Please check in the browser figma.com to confirm your account is active.

Have you tried to clear cache?
Follow these steps to clear the app’s cache.
