why i must pay monthly again? i have already paid annual plan? i dont understand, because the are two proffesional plan on my billing,… and i dont know why i can’t editing my work, please help me,.
For billing issues please reach out to to Figma support team via the support request form.
Also check your team dashboard, you may have added extra editors to your team files and that would explain why you are being asked to pay more.
