Hi, filled out the form for education access and created and account through that process. However, my account is limited and still states “Free.” Is this how it is supposed to work?

Thank you for reaching out and applying for education access! Just to confirm, if you have multiple teams, could you check to ensure you’re logged into the correct “team”?
Please note that the Education plan is team-specific, not account-wide, so not all teams in your account may be covered under the Education plan.
