Distinguish between Open & In-Focus users

I’m a Project Manager. I’ve learned that designers don’t like people watching over them as they work. As part of my workflow, I keep Figma pages open in browser tabs or the Figma app because there is no real need to close them. I get constant feedback from designers to close Figma so they don’t feel like they are being watched.

Can Figma distinguish between users who have the page open vs. who have the page in-focus. Maybe something like this:

I don’t want my project manager to see if figma or youtube is in focus :upside_down_face:
