Comments Triage / Backlogs

  1. A lot of time you can get overwhelmed with open comments, and no ability to prioritize/triage them

  2. It would be great if you could triage the tickets into “now, next, someday” or at the very least be able to “backlog” some tickets that don’t need immediate attention in the comment stream.

Does anyone else experience this? Is anyone using a plugin or workaround to help solve this?
