Comments - Pressing delete when the textarea is empty removes the "Reply / Cancel" action buttons

  1. Problem:
    When replying to a comment, if the “Reply text area” is empty and you press “Delete”, it removes the “Reply / Cancel” action buttons.

  2. Context / Example Video:
    Bug when Replying to Comments and backspace/delete key is pressed

Does anyone else experience this?
