I tested mentioning myself in a comment, and the file owner still receives an email notification about a comment on the file.
I think it would be nice to mention yourself in a comment to keep a note to yourself for later and avoid notifying other people. Sometimes I’m waiting for information and I leave comments to pinpoint where to make changes once a given content is ready.
What do you think?
