Our team works across many time zones and all have different work habits. Personally, I like to get some work done on weekends but I do not want my team to feel like that is the expectation. I also want them to not have to worry about comments until the next week. I would love to be able to go through files, add all my comments and have them delivered on Monday morning. -
Add as much context as possible (screenshots, Figma files, mockups, etc.)

Ask questions to bring the community into the conversation
(e.g. Does anyone else experience this? Is anyone using a plugin or workaround to help solve this?, etc.
Reduce designer burnout so they don’t feel the need to ‘always be on’.
