Code block cannot be created programmatically?

I search on google figma plugin api createCodeBlock - Google Search

it doesn’t seem to exist so it isn’t possible right ?

It exists but only works with FigJam plugins. Use figma.createCodeBlock() to create a new one. Link to Doc
