Change the state of a second button when selecting the first one

Hi, for a design I’m making, a user needs to approve the performances of a worker by selecting an approve-button or a disapprove-button. When the user selects the approve-button, I want the button to change to green color but I also want to disapprove-button (if it were already selected) to change back to default mode. The same principle applies the other way around. I can’t find a way to do this because figma only allows me to add one interaction (‘change to’) per time on click. It would be nice if we could add more interactions on the same event. I can’t seem to find a workaround. Does someone know if this would be possible? Thx
