We added Figma Support to our file to help figure out a bug with Library export as it would disconnect instances. We had restored our file from an older version, and our Library was perfectly connected to instances on July 26, until Figma Support manipulated our file on July 26, 10:37PM PST, and July 27 at 8:35PM (version history). Now all instances are broken.
The restore feature does not seem to work anymore, Figma won’t let us restore from an older version. We are quite desperate with the poor level of support we received so far. Any chance a Figma supervisor would be interested to take over?
