Cannot recuperate a file

I tried recuperating a file a 100% memory usage by following the recup instruction but no result… I go back to version where I did not get that message but to no avail. Helpppp!!

Restoring a file from the File Browser does not help?

I know I tried restoring from an earlier date (27 jan) but it does not work … i even tried a much earlier date and it did not work… help
