Cannot import images clicked on iphone, says 'failed to import'

1. Cannot import images clicked on iPhone, says not supported
2. These are images clicked on my iPhone, I even tried changing them to an extension to jpeg but it won’t work. this issue has been there from the beginning
3. What I was trying to do here is bring paper sketches I had done offline onto my Figma file
