Can’t access my own file

I’m trying to retrieve an important file titled “Internship Document” that I seem to have lost. I’ve checked the deleted files, but I can’t find it there either. When I try to access the document, it shows a message saying that I can’t access the resource and to contact the owner or admin, even though I was the only one with access to the file. I really need to recover this document, so any help with this would be appreciated!
