Is there a way to covert Azure files or components to figma?

I don’t think there is a way to do that.

Can’t Figma import svg’s? If so - then my question is if azure can export as svg , then can’t that be imported into Figma?

Figma can import SVG, so you can definitely go this route if Azure can export SVG.
