Bug caused losing access to our project - Ticket created 9 days ago - 4 follow-ups - No Answer!

Hello Figma Community,

I need urgent help with a folder access issue. After changing permissions, I lost access, and now no one, including the owner, can access it. This has blocked our team and halted our project.

I created the first ticket 9 days ago and have sent 4 follow-ups with no response.

Summary:

  • Changed folder permissions
  • Lost access
  • Entire team blocked

Impact: Our productivity and project timelines are severely affected.

Hey @ksn - Thank you for the prompt response. Our team has been blocked from accessing the folder for over a week, which has significantly impacted our project.
