Branching in FigJam

I’ve been using Miro to create a large, complex opportunity map (Tree diagram) of the whole problem space for our product and I would really like to create a number of copies of that map to highlight all the branches that 1. We are working on, and 2. Each competitor supports.

If I copy the document to create these different versions, it will create a huge updating problem when the map inevitably needs branches and nodes added, removed, or reorganised (SInce I’ll have over 50 competitor versions).

It would be great to be able to create one opportunity map as a base file and then a branch for each competitor in which I can highlight or tag the nodes relevant to them.

  • Meaning whenever I updated the base map, I could pull those updates into all the competitor maps too without having to recreate all the highlights or tags.
