Billing Bug

I paid for an annual plan back in May 2021 and was subsequently charged every month for a monthly plan on top of the annual. When I discovered this, I reached out to support and received no response multiple times which led me to just cancel my subscription altogether. Today, I went to reactivate because I need Figma for a project and the same thing happened! A monthly and annual plan was reactivated. How is this happening?

For context, it is just me on this plan as an editor. No one else.

I have the same problem: subscribe a Professional Plan (annual) and a monthly plan was added on top of the annual one.
I’ve already contact the Figa Support Team and have no answer until today…
