Be able to inherit the “export settings” defined in the component in its instances

Hey!

I have made some images of a component exportable. However, this seems not to be reflected in the images of the component instance. Does anyone else experience this?

There are several reasons why I thought that integrating the “export settings” into the component structure could be beneficial: reliability (if we change the component’s settings it will be reflected in its instances), easy to use and faster (people don’t have to copy and paste the settings into its instances).

Best,
Costanza

Yes I would love this too - but for different reasons. We have a large team and a lot of developers, driving me crazy I had to explain to them where they could find the master component to download. Would be easier to let them find the assets needed within the feature or page imo.
