I use the desktop app, and as such, whenever I click on a link to a Figma file, comment, etc., it opens in a new tab, then launches the link in the desktop app. I usually have anywhere between 10-25 empty Figma tabs a day that I need to close down. It would be so fantastic if, as soon as the links are opened in the desktop app, the tab just closed itself.
I run across this screen in browser tabs and tab groups all day, every day.
