Unfortunately, the built-in “Contact support” option does not work: “There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.”
Is it possible to disable auto debiting at the end of the subscription period or change the payment method without linking a bank card? I would like to be able to pay for the next subscription period by my own and to control the payment details as well. Thank you.
Hey @yukagir - sorry for the issues with the form!
You mentioned you want to
pay for the subscription on your own and control the payment details as well.
Can you clarify a bit more for me? Are you needing to add additional info to your invoice, or just wanting to pay by another method?
From what I can see, it looks like you have a subscription to a Figma Professional plan. Figma supports payment by credit card or SEPA debit on the Professional plan. Payment via Paypal, ACH or wire transfer is not currently available.
Figma subscription is paid by the organization I work for. Accounting department really didn’t like, that money are immediately debited without any confirmation just after entering bank card details. They said: “we want the money to be debited only after we have entered and checked the payment details, and then clicked on the “confirm payment” button”. Is it possible?
This does appear before accepting a new purchase subscription, but I understand you’re looking for something similar before an existing subscription that’s renewing.
We send renewal notices to admins of the team[s] you have a subscription under (via email). Those emails should provide you the renewal cost of your subscription. Would that work since it provides that information ahead of the actual renewal?
If you didn’t receive that notice, it may have gone to spam.
