We have raised ticket #1104781 for our annual subscription got cancelled and our account has been locked. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I see in the backend that the support team has just solved your issue by manually adjusted your billing. For visibility here, it seems that your monthly plan that’s attached to your annual plan has been disabled, which disputed your subscription.
