Allow Annotations and Measurements made in DevMode on a Main Component in a Library file to be viewed wherever instances of that component appear. If the instance has overrides applied, the annotations should persist but update to reflect the current property values. If the instance is detached and “Compare to Main Component” is selected, annotations should highlight deviations from the Main Component.
