Allow selection of different colors on the selection colors panel on the right

Please allow the selection of different colors on the right-hand side panel of the selection colors.
For instance, I want to select some 15-20 dark gradient colors to change their blending modes to color dodge, it’s not possible. I need to select each one of these individually and change the blending modes.
