Currently, all users are required to login via SSO when it is setup. It would be nice to have the option to allow Admin’s to local Auth in so we can leverage a service account that our entire service desk could use

Agreed. This is a pretty essential feature that most Enterprise SaaS solutions support. SSO implementations needs maintenance. Certificates eventually expire. Each SSO implementation that doesn’t support regular auth for admin maintenance is like a ticking time bomb. Upvote.
