Adding another icon to the library is changing the colours and other properties of icons on every file

I added an icon today to a list we have been maintaining for over a year - adding a new icon to the list never affected the icons we use in our files before, but one of the latest updates broke this and now all of my icons are black when I allow the file to receive the new library updates.

Please fix this, it’s really annoying and it’s being a detriment to our process.

The icon below was supposed to be orange, but it defaulted to black, the original colour of the icons in our library. The size of the outline also changed.
