Add "Open in new tab" feature for Community

Now when you browse files/plugins in the Community, if you open one of the files and then go back, you will have to start scrolling again.

The problem could be solved by the “Open in a new tab” function, which is now in every browser (Figma, as far as I know, is still a browser)

Or at least remember the scrolling position and return there when you press the “back” button

Of course, I could use a regular browser (like Chrome), but why not make the application more convenient?

Thanks for the idea! In the meantime, you can always use cmd+click to open in a new tab.
