Add in notes for inspect tool

   Hello,
   Currently, we need a way to add a note to an element so that when a developer inspects the element they can read the custom note. In our example, we have headings in our style guide, BUT there are custom titles that we need to let them know to use aria role heading and what heading number for accessibility reasons.

Instead of creating new documentation, the developers would like to inspect the element and read any special notes.

I think it’s not necessary, it will harder for the dev to see when you have many elements groups together, they don’t know which element has a note. I think they should improve the comment system, like a tag in a comment for dev only.
