With componentry the way it is today, it often feels like more work to design in wireframe than to just go to high-def. Often content is the thing that hangs people up when providing feedback in these stages.
It would be nice if you could just select any text layer in your file and switch it to a ‘block-mode’ where it just becomes a rectangular placeholder signifying a line of text. Of course, this can be achieved through building more complex components but these can already get pretty complex.
