Allow new comment threads to be marked as !important by the OP. These comment will notify the individual(s) tagged via toast or small banner notification, and be at the top of their comment chain.
Perhaps a special badge displays when you’re tagged on an important comment. Important comments display with a special icon or tag in the comment chain.
