I just started my role as a Sr.XD and our team is being restricted from using Figma Jam because there isn’t an ability for our admin to turn off the cursor chat mode. Our company policy requires all communications to be saved for a certain amount of time, and unless we can turn that feature off - we cannot use Figma jam 
In this case you can’t use Figma too (in case you are using it) as this feature is available in Figma as well, and you unfortunately can’t turn it off.
