In Sketch, you can simply hold ALT and the selection tool will only select items that are fully enclosed by it. Super useful!
You can also do a deep selection, to only select items that are fully enclosed inside a group, by holding ALT and COMMAND.
AFAIK Figma doesn’t support this? Would be appreciated if it would be implemented...
